Grantee Event Notification

LMCC grantees are required to provide information on the supported project’s public component by submitting an Event Notification form. Grantees are highly encouraged to submit the form at least six weeks in advance of the event but the form may be submitted at any time prior to the event. Submitting an Event Notification form in advance allows LMCC staff to promote grantee events on our website and newsletter and coordinate LMCC staff attendance, if possible. Please note grantee events are uploaded to the website at the beginning of each month. Grantee events that are submitted after the first day of the month may not appear on the website.

Grantees are encouraged to tag LMCC in any social media posts related to their supported event: @LMCC (Twitter), @lmcc_nyc (Instagram) and @LMCCNYC (Facebook).

Changes to Supported Activities

In the event of any significant change in the timing or scope of grant-related activities, the Grantee must submit a Change in Proposed Grant Activity Form. For more information about what constitutes a significant change, please refer to section 1.2 of LMCC grant contract and contact our staff. Commonly supported changes include a reduction in number of activities or project size, shifts in project's timeline and location.

Grantee Final Report

In order to fully comply with the requirements of LMCC grant programs, LMCC grantees must submit a Final Report no later than 30 days after the project ends. The Final Report form will allow LMCC to better understand the success and challenges of the supported project, report to our funders on the impact of these grant awards, and improve our grant programs and services with grantee’s feedback.
