LMCC Welcomes New Additions to the Staff!

LMCC is excited to welcome Shushant Tuladhar as a Director of Budget & Finance, and Jess Van Nostrand as a Director of Exhibitions and Public Programs!

Shushant has been in the field of nonprofit finance and budgeting for the last 13 years. He has a wide range of experience in handling the financial and operational management of several nonprofits and international development organizations in several capacities, such as Senior Finance Manager, and Finance & Operation Advisor.

Shushant oversees the implementation of all activities involving the administration and management of budget operations at LMCC, including finance and general administration.

Jess Van Nostrand is Director of Exhibitions and Public Programs at LMCC, where she oversees the exhibition program at The Arts Center at Governors Island, the River To River Festival, and other special events and public-facing programs.

Before joining LMCC, Jess was Assistant Director of Exhibition Programs & Gallery Initiatives at the Museum of Modern Art, where she worked across a broad range of adult education programming, including interactive arts experiences at The People’s Studio, MoMA’s innovative museum education platform for adult learning.

Jess currently serves as a Trustee of the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey, and previously served on the Board of Directors for Smack Mellon Arts Center and ArtTable, the national leadership organization for women in the arts.
