Shushant has been in the field of nonprofit finance and budgeting for the last 13 years. He has a wide range of experience in handling the financial and operational management of several nonprofits and international development organizations in several capacities, such as Senior Finance Manager, and Finance & Operation Advisor. He believes that theatre is a very powerful vehicle for any positive change. Apart from his professional experience, he has a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) degree in Nonprofit Management from Baruch College (CUNY), New York, and a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Nepal. He believes in mentorship and is passionate about establishing financial strategies that enhance the organization’s efficiencies.
Shushant oversees the implementation of all activities involving the administration and management of budget operations at LMCC, including finance and general administration.
