Manhattan Arts Grants Info Sessions are Here!
LMCC is pleased to announce the launch of the 2020 program guidelines and application forms for LMCC’s Manhattan Arts Grants: Creative Engagement, Creative Learning, and UMEZ Arts Engagement.
In 2019, LMCC awarded over $1.4 million to more than 270 individual artists, collectives, and organizations engaging Manhattan’s communities through a wide range of artistic forms and events. It is incredible to see what our grantees accomplish each year and each summer it is invigorating to meet new artists and arts groups interested in connecting with their local communities and creating meaningful artistic experiences for the public. We welcome Manhattan-based artists, collectives, and organizations across artistic disciplines, practices, and backgrounds to considering applying to a Manhattan Arts Grants program for their 2020 project.
Attendance is required for first-time applicants and returning applicants who have not attended an information session in 2016 or later. Most sessions cover two grant programs. Make sure to RSVP below and attend a session relevant to the program you are interested in.

Looking to strengthen your fundraising skills? Attend LMCC’s free FUNDRAISING FUNDAMENTALS workshops this summer.
LMCC’s core fundraising series is designed to help artists develop knowledge and skills in raising the resources to support their practice. The series features workshops on five key areas of fundraising, including: the funding ecosystem, grantwriting, budgeting, work sample dos and don’ts, and cultivating individual donors.
Workshops are free, but space is limited and registration is required for each workshop on a first-come, first-served basis.
