Thank you all for joining us at The Downtown Dinner 2022, where we gathered some of the City’s most important business, civic and cultural leaders to celebrate the role that artists play in building a vibrant and resilient Downtown!
This year we honored Pam Tanowitz with the Liberty Award for Artistic Leadership, recognizing her trailblazing work as a dancer and choreographer. LMCC Alumni awardees included Ezra Wube who received the Michael Richards Award for Visual Arts; Chia-Lun Chang received the Sarah Verdone Writing Award, and Harlem Chamber Players — the Sam Miller Award for Performing Arts.
The night festivities were made extra special by a fabulous emcee Morgan Bassichis and a magnificent Bill Frisell as a special guest performer.
