Manhattan Arts Grants Applications are Open!

LMCC is pleased to announce the launch of the 2020 program guidelines and application forms for LMCC’s Manhattan Arts Grants: Creative Engagement, Creative Learning, and UMEZ Arts Engagement.

In 2019, LMCC awarded over $1.4 million to more than 270 individual artists, collectives, and organizations engaging Manhattan’s communities through a wide range of artistic forms and events. It is incredible to see what our grantees accomplish each year and each summer it is invigorating to meet new artists and arts groups interested in connecting with their local communities and creating meaningful artistic experiences for the public. We welcome Manhattan-based artists, collectives, and organizations across artistic disciplines, practices, and backgrounds to considering applying to a Manhattan Arts Grants program for their 2020 project.

 

Throughout the summer, we will offer information sessions to share advice on preparing one’s best application and to answer questions. View our full calendar of information sessions and RSVP below. New applicants and returning applicants who have not attended a session since 2016 are required to attend before applying.
