Thank you all who joined us last Saturday, at our October Take Care Series!

We welcomed visitors to participate in the workshop by Earth Celebrations artist Michele Brody. At the workshop, participants created colorful prints and scarves using natural elements that don’t harm the environment, and celebrate nature's abundance of color this fall.

Asiya Wadud gathered participants to converse in a series of questions inspired by Muna Malik's work. Together, we discussed how to create the future that we desire and what it would take to arrive at that place.

Artist Onyedika Chuke led guided tours of his exhibition The Forever Museum Archive_Circa6000BCE, which will continue to be displayed until the end of the month.

Visitors met with the Artists in Residence who shared their work and engaged with visitors by sharing their practices and works in progress in their Open Studios.

Through performance, workshops, and talks, we explored different ways in anchoring our minds and souls to Earth while learning new ways to connect with the environment to take positive action for Climate Change.

This was the final Take Care Series of the year. The Arts Center will be open until October 31, so come visit while you have the chance!
