Highlights from August’s Take Care Series!

Thank you all who joined us last Saturday, at our second installment of Take Care Series!

We welcomed participants to share stories that explore a future, climate-safe world and project themselves into that future as part of The Climate Museum's workshop inspired by LMCC artist Muna Malik's Blessing of the Boats.

The current The Arts Center artists-in-residence also shared their work and engaged with visitors by offering various interactive activities in their last Open Studios.

The day was joyfully accompanied by live performances curated Jazz at Lincoln Center featuring The Endea Owens Duo at The Cafe at The Arts Center and The Sasha Dobson Duo outdoor at Island Oyster.

Through performance, workshops, and talks, we explored different ways for caring for ourselves and the objects around us.
