Stein Senior Center
Ann deVere and the Stein Senior Center will host an exhibit and reception featuring prints created over the course of the printmaking workshop and artist residency. The exhibit serves as a testament to the many different techniques the seniors studied as they became immersed in the fine art of printmaking. Also showcased will be monotypes created at the Elizabeth Foundation of the Arts (EFA) Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop (RBPMW) and photographs highlighting the residency activities including field trips to the Manhattan Graphics Center (MGC), the “Idols and Impossible Structures” exhibition at the International Printmaking Center New York (IPCNY), and the print collection at the New York Public Library (NYPL) Stephen A. Schwarzman Building. At the reception guests will be invited to view the original fine art prints, mingle with the artists and ask questions while enjoying refreshments.
Exhibition open Wednesday, June 21 – Monday, June 26, M-F, 9:00am-4:00pm.
