2022 Arts Center Residency Applications are due this Friday, November 12!

This is the final week to apply for the Arts Center Residency!

The Arts Center at Governors Island provides year-round residency programs for artists of all backgrounds, creative practices, and disciplines. The 2022 Arts Center Residency will offer short-term, project-based residencies to artists and creative practitioners whose work is concerned with the broader themes of equity and sustainability.

Artists are encouraged to explore these thematic anchors with Governors Island serving as a site for research and experimentation. We invite all artists who are curious, collaborative, and are committed to further engaging with their local artistic communities.
