Open Studios offers a glimpse into the creative process and artistic development of LMCC’s Arts Center Artists-in-Residence. Members of the public are invited into the studios of 19 multidisciplinary artists to learn about their practices and experience a wide range of artistic works in progress. This year’s cohort explores climate justice, stewardship, and urban ecology through painting, theater, VR, environmental science, and more. Guests will have the opportunity to converse with artists in their studios and experience live performances and more time-based activations. Daily event schedule to come!
The Arts Center Residency provides free, collaborative space for artistic development. The 2025 Residency program is dedicated to artists addressing climate change, environmental sustainability, and resilience through their creative practices.
