Rebecca Cardwell, Director of Development


Rebecca joined LMCC in 2018, after working across New York City’s cultural scene for more than a decade. Previously, Rebecca served as Associate Vice President at DUNCH, a leading management firm focused on the long-term sustainability of the cultural sector. At DUNCH, Rebecca spearheaded and implemented fundraising campaigns and strategic plans for the Alliance of Resident Theatres/New York, American Composers Orchestra, ART21, BRIC, Dance/NYC, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Harlem School of the Arts, Houston Symphony, Jacob’s Pillow Dance, The Joyce Theater, the London Philharmonic Orchestra, Madison Square Park Conservancy, Municipal Art Society of New York, Museum of Arts and Design, Mark Morris Dance Group, National Gallery of Australia, Playwrights Horizons, SITI Company, Skowhegan School of Painting & Sculpture, and UrbanGlass, among others. She received her MFA in Performing Arts Management from Brooklyn College, and her BA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Dance from The New School.

Rebecca oversees the planning and implementation of LMCC’s fundraising operation.
