After earning her BA in art history, Maggie returned to NYC and interned with LMCC in 2014. It was at LMCC where Maggie discovered firsthand the transformative and connective qualities of the arts within communities. The internship ignited a particular interest in how mission drives strategic initiatives and programming, inspiring Maggie to further pursue a career in the arts. She worked for several years in fundraising and communications at one of NYU’s rich cultural institutions while earning an MA in NYU’s Program in Museum Studies with a focus on contemporary art organizations. In her free time, Maggie enjoys exploring NYC by bike, collecting and caring for her many plants, and traveling to visit as many museums as possible.
Maggie is delighted to return to LMCC and now directly supports the Executive Director, Artistic Programs to facilitate both stakeholder relationships and long-term resource development strategies in addition to conducting research to help realize LMCC’s curatorial vision.
