Flannery Winchester, Program Associate, Grants & Services


Flannery grew up in South Florida and began drawing, painting and making things with her hands from an early age. She moved to New York in 2018 after living and working in Baltimore for eight years and earning her BFA in Interdisciplinary Sculpture at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Prior to moving to New York, Flannery worked with the Cultural Affairs team at the Baltimore Office of Promotion & the Arts, where she supported artists in the process of creating temporary public art projects and managed educational programs at School 33 Art Center. Flannery is passionate about connecting artists with resources and audiences with great arts and cultural experiences. She joined LMCC in 2018 and is thrilled to be working with Manhattan’s artists and arts organizations in her role supporting the Grants Program.

Flannery supports all aspects of LMCC’s Manhattan Arts Grants programs.
