A business major and fervent arts lover born in Taiwan, Emerson Chang moved to New York in pursuit of higher education in Arts Administration at Columbia University in 2017. Her thesis on Creative Aging programs across Taiwan and the United States led her to joining LMCC to support the SU-CASA program, the community arts program that matches teaching artists with senior centers in Manhattan.
Prior to her time in New York, Emerson coordinated and managed communications for Migration Music Festival, an international arts festival in Taiwan. She is passionate about thought-provoking arts projects and dedicated to connecting the community with impactful artists and projects.
