Daria Parsa is a visual artist and arts administrator who believes that art supports communities by bringing people together and engaging them in shared creative practices. They have a background in exhibition curation and public programming, having worked as the Exhibition Manager at the Sandy Spring Museum in Maryland, where they partnered with local artists and nonprofits to develop community-centered exhibitions and events. Daria recently earned their master’s degree in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute, where their studies focused on community-based cultural work and the role of artists in shaping inclusive cities. Now, as the Artist Services Administrative Assistant at LMCC, they are excited to support the city’s artists and help bring creative projects to life.
