Jennifer Krasinski is a Brooklyn-based writer who was born in Pittsburgh, PA. Her work focuses on criticism and fiction. She has written on the subjects of art and performance for, The Village Voice, and other publications. Her work has also been featured in BOMB, DIS Magazine, Spike Art Quarterly and others. Her chapbook Prop Tragedies was published by the Wrath of Dynasty Press (2010). She is a recipient of a 2013 Creative Capitol | Warhol Foundation Arts Writers Grant. Krasinski received a B.F.A. from Vassar College, an M.A. from The Courtauld Institute of Art and an M.F.A. from the Art Center College of Design.
