Ben Thorp Brown (b.1983) is a New York-based artist. His solo exhibitions include Speculative Presence, Bischoff Projects (2014). His group exhibitions include In Practice: Chance Motives, Sculpture Center, NY (2014), Speaking Together, Images Festival, Toronto, Canada (2014), Shared Spaces, Whitney Museum of American Art, NY (2014), Image Employment, MoMA PS1, NY (2013), and The Passage of a Few Persons Through A Rather Brief Unity of Time, Temp Gallery, NY (2013).

He will participate in the Artist-in-Residence program at The Chinati Foundation, Marfa, TX (2015) and he attended the Whitney Museum Independent Study Program (2012-2013). He received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.F.A. at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
