“This is theater at its most expressive-intimate, perfectly staged and beautifully acted. Mr. Raimondo’s pacing is expert, allowing long moments of calm to alternate with the more frenetic scenes.” – Theater Pizzazz, Dec. 2014, Joel Benjamin
The Dreamscape Theatre is a New York-based organization, founded in 2003, with the mission to produce ensemble-based productions that tell epic stories on a human scale. Dreamscape crafts productions that call upon the audience’s imaginations so that the special effects happen within their hearts and minds rather than in front of their eyes. The Dreamscape Theatre has produced eighteen full productions, including six world premieres, and fourteen staged readings and/or workshop productions in New York City. World premieres include The Burning Cities Project, FringeNYC (2006); Whale Song, or Learning to Live With Mobyphobia, Claire Kiechel, FringeNYC (2011); and In the Fields Where They Lay, Ricardo Perez Gonzalez (2009).
