Stacy Fisher is a Brooklyn-based artist who was born in Norwalk, Ohio. Her work focuses on the study of edges, mass, shadows and shapes, particularly how they frame space and how objects come to rest. Her group exhibitions include The Study, Regina Rex (2012); Stacy Fisher and Gary Panter, Cleopatra’s, (2011); and Stacy Fisher/ Allison Miller, Weekend (2013); Leslie Baum, Stacy Fisher, Matt Miller, BravinLee Programs, New York, NY (2013); and Redacted, Islip Art Museum, East Islip, NY (2013).

She was an artist-in-residence at Edward Albee Foundation, New York, NY (2011); the Vermont Studio Center, St. Johnson, VT (2002); and Chautauqua School of Art, Chautauqua, NY (1993). Fisher earned a B.F.A. at The Ohio State University and she also attended the Cleveland Institute of Art and The University of Central England.
