Keisha Scarville (b. 1975) is a Brooklyn-based visual artist who uses photography, video, and multimedia to explore themes dealing with memory and belonging. Her group exhibitions include Inherited, BRIC, Brooklyn, NY (2015); Addis Ababa Foto Fest, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (2015); and The Bearden Project, Studio Museum (2012). Her publications include Small Axe (2015); Contact Sheet – Lightwork (2015); and Oxford America (2015). She was an artist-in-residence at the Vermont Studio Center, Johnson, VT; Lightwork, Syracuse, NY; and Woodstock Guild, Woodstock, NY. She received a B.S. from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
