Joseph Bradshaw is a Brooklyn-based writer born in Caldwell, ID. He strives to keep an open practice, one that can sustain engagements with multifarious forms of attention. Much of his poetry and prose of the last several years engages with literary histories and the “socialities” involved with art making. Bradshaw’s works include In the Common Dream of George Oppen, Shearsman Books (2011). His publications have appeared in Aufgabe, Cannibal, Elderly, and Elective Affinities.

Bradshaw received his B.A. from Portland State University and M.F.A. from University of Iowa.
