Joe Pan is a Brooklyn-based poet and novelist, the publisher of Brooklyn Arts Press, and the poetry editor of the arts magazine Hyperallergic. He authored the score for Green, and performed with SleepDance Company at Triskelion Arts, Brooklyn, NY (2013). He was a finalist in the National Poetry Series (2014) and was awarded with Coldfront Magazine’s “Best First Book of the Year” (2007). He was an artist-in-residence at Mount Tremper Arts, Mount Tremper, New York (2012). Pan received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an M.F.A. from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop.
