Daniel Kohn (b. 1964) is a Brooklyn-based artist born in Ahmedabad, India. In his reformed body of work, Kohn is looking at Art and Science as interacting fields with which we construct meaning and structure our thoughts. His numerous solo exhibitions include: Instance of a Dataset, Broad Institute, Cambridge, MA (2013); Sets and States, Cynthia Reeves Gallery, New York, NY (2009); and Presence and Memory, Reeves Contemporary, New York, NY (2005).

Some of his noteworthy residencies include: Artist in Residence, The Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard (2007-2009); Printmaking Residency; Montserrat College of Art, Beverly, MA (1999); and World Views, Lower Manhattan Cultural Counci, New York, NYl (1998). Kohn earned his B.A. from Hampshire College.
