Aaron Landsman is a New York-based playwright, teacher, and actor. Landsman’s recent projects include Running Away From The One With The Knife, commissioned and presented by The Chocolate Factory Theater; Empathy School, a collaboration with Brent Green, commissioned by EMPAC and performed on a moving bus at night; and the HERE Resident Artist project City Council Meeting in collaboration with Mallory Catlett and Jim Findlay, presented in Houston, Tempe, New York, San Francisco, and Keene, NH. Internationally he has presented works in Sweden, Norway, Serbia, Belarus, and the UK. Landsman is currently an Arts Fellow at Princeton, Princeton, NJ; a playwright-in-residence at Abrons Art Center, New York, NY; and the ASU Gammage resident artist, Tempe, AZ. Landsman is a member of award-winning theater ensemble Elevator Repair Service Theater Company.
