Live Sounds produces, creates, and curates live music programs in New York and throughout the USA. Its mission is dedicated to cultural understanding and appreciation for innovative arts from around the world and to preserving and cultivating traditional music traditions. Live Sounds curates and produces the world music series at: Live@365 at Elebash Hall, the global music series at The Schimmel Center for the Arts, Global Beat at arts Brookfield, the River to River Festival, Make Music NY, the Los Angeles Philharmonic alongside many projects and collaborations with cultural institutions including an ongoing series entitled The Rebel Spirit which celebrates Latin American icons through intergenerational programs and collaborations.

Isabel is co-founder and co-director of globalFEST, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to moving global music to the center of the performing arts field through its programs that include a groundbreaking 1-night, 3-stage, 12-band world music festival that coincides with the annual APAP conference in New York, overseeing the gF touring fund, curating stages at music festivals including Bonnaroo and SXSW, producing a gF branded tour and more. In addition, gF administers programs that serve the performing arts field to foster cultural exchange and to increase the presence of world music in diverse communities.
