Past Fund Grantees
The Fund for Creative Communities is part of the New York State Council on the Arts’ (NYSCA) statewide Decentralization program (DEC), which was established in 1977 by the New York State Legislature as a statewide, community arts regrant program. The Lower Manhattan Cultural Council has been regranting these funds annually since 1998. See below for lists of grantees from the past few years.
